Appointments and Information
All Sessions are fully confidential and by appointment only.

Sessions are offered in-person and via telehealth or telephone. Book an in person, online (reliable internet connection required) or phone session via the “appointments” button above.
Bookings can be made through the website anytime and sessions are offered Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Session costs are detailed below.
Some out-of-hours sessions available by request. Call to enquire.
Hours
All Counselling sessions – by appointment only
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.30pm
Limited out-of-hours sessions – may be available upon request
Fees (Inc. GST)
Individuals – $120 per session (inc. gst)
Couples – $150 per session (inc. gst)
Note: If financial considerations prevent you accessing my service, feel free to contact me to discuss your situation.
Booking policy
We rely on session bookings being honoured and/or adequate notice given regarding session cancellations or changes.
Cancellations / rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling within twenty-four (24) hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $99 (inc. gst).
The above represents standard policy and practice within the Australian Counselling Industry.

Duration
First Counselling Consultation – up to 90 mins
All subsequent sessions – 60 mins
Confidentiality
All sessions are conducted in private and are fully confidential.
We adhere to the Holistic Therapists Australia (HTA), Code of Ethics & Practice and the professional standards set by the Australian Counselling industry.
Payment Terms
Direct bank transfer (terms strictly 7 days) or cash payments accepted.
Referrals
Referrals to access LMHC Services are welcome although not required.
