In-person sessions are offered at North Hobart or online sessions are available for staff who prefer or are unable to attend in person. EAP is easy to book through this website anytime.
Sessions are offered Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 6.30pm. Limited out-of-hours appointments may be available by request. I look forward to hearing from and hopefully working with you soon.

Fees (INC. GST)
As an Employee there is no cost to you for EAP Counselling as it’s provided by your Employer as part of your employment package.
Note for Employers: EAP fees start from $160 per session. Missed sessions are charged at $110 per session. EAP onsite callouts start from $175 per hour.
Booking policy
We rely on session bookings being honoured and adequate notice given should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Important Note: Should you need to reschedule or cancel an EAP appointment, twenty-four (24) hours notice is required.
Cancellations / rescheduling
Eap Session cancellations or rescheduling an Eap appointment within twenty-four (24) hours of a booked session, will incur in a missed session fee.
Missed/cancelled appointments (if less than 24hrs notice given) count as one accessed (used) EAP session.
The above represents standard policy and practice within the Australian Counselling industry.
Duration
Initial EAP consultation – up to 90 mins
All subsequent EAP sessions – 50 mins
confidentiality
All EAP sessions are conducted in private and are fully confidential.
We adhere to the Holistic Therapists Australia (HTA) Code of Ethics & Practice and to the professional standards set within the Australian Counselling Industry.
payment terms
The cost of EAP Counselling is covered by your Employer, therefore it’s offered at “no cost” to you.
Note for Employers: An invoice will be issued weekly (Friday) if the EAP service has been accessed. Payment terms are strictly seven (7) days by direct bank transfer.
Referrals
Referrals from your workplace are welcome although not required to access the EAP service.
